Dr Chris rose to prominence as General Manager of the Nigeria Export Processing Zones Authority (NEPZA) and served as General Manager of Calabar Free Trade Zone, where he pioneered transformative approaches to zone management. He was the Executive Secretary of Africa Free Zones association and foundation board member of the World Free Zones Organization (WFZO) 2014- 2018.
